Job Description: 
Our client, a well-known national law firm, is seeking an experienced commercial real estate paralegal to join their busy downtown team. Duties of this role would include acquisitions and sales of various types of commercial properties, sales of condominium developments, financing and re-financing transactions, and land development issues. The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate, a solid understanding of BC land title registration requirements, a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize multiple files and deadlines, a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
