Job Description: 
Our client, a boutique corporate/securities firm downtown, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team 2-3 days a week. This is a unique role because if the candidate would like to learn/or is experienced in securities, they are open to hiring on a full-time basis. If this is the case, experience with SEDAR and SEDI would be an asset. The successful candidate will have a paralegal diploma from an accredited institution, a minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate law/corporate records, experience with ALF or a complex data management system, a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and deadlines, a high attention to detail.
