Job Description: 
Our client, a well-respected law firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking an experienced legal assistant/paralegal to join their busy conveyance real estate team. This role involves a lot of residential conveyancing, a lot of commercial lending, and vast amounts of private lending. As the successful candidate for this role, you have at least 3 years of relevant experience as well as a certificate from an accredited Legal Assistant or Paralegal program. Additionally, you possess excellent communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with minimal supervision.
