Our client is a dynamic and disruptive cross border provider of innovative securities products, strongly focused on the technology industry. They are looking for a lawyer between 3 to 6+ years call, with strong Corporate Finance or Corporate Commercial expertise gained at a reputable firm and keen to stretch themselves across other legal areas as they come up.  They would also be open to more senior lawyers who are open to a different and unique contract role for a few months. This is a contract position until the end of December, 2018. You will be entrepreneurial, flexible and excited about the opportunity to thrive in a fast paced early-stage business environment.
