Job Description: 
Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Senior Wills & Estates Law Clerk to add to their downtown Toronto team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting various legal documents, legal research, maintaining wills and trusts databases, attend client meetings and communicate with clients and opposing counsel, preparing trusts and powers of attorney, estate administration, prepare wills, in addition to various other tasks. The ideal candidate is a client-focused, organized individual with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
