Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm seeks a Senior Corporate Law Clerk to join their Toronto team. You will be involved in Corporate Tax and General Corporate/ Commercial Matters which includes, drafting agreements, resolutions and other corporate/commercial documents, completing corporate minute books and completing transaction files. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Corporate Law Clerk with over 5 years of experience.
