Job Description: 

Our client, a major P3/Infrastructure development and construction company, is looking for two talented, and independently motivated in house counsel to join its legal team in direct support of the company’s P3/infrastructure pursuit and operations groups. The successful candidates will provide hands-on legal advice to our client, which is heavily involved in all aspects of substantial design/build/finance/operate/maintain P3 projects within Canada. Relevant, prior experience is absolutely essential, either with a top tier law firm or in house with a market participant. Two positions available: 3-6 years, 6-10 years.
