Our client, a highly reputable law firm, is seeking an Intermediate Corporate Services Law Clerk to add to their downtown Toronto team. In this role, you will be responsible for various corporate matters such as drafting legal documents, extra-provincial and provincial registrations, incorporations, preforming legal research, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of law firm experience as a Corporate Law Clerk and will have a law clerk diploma/certificate from an accredited institute.
