Job Description: 
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to add to their in Ottawa. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting affidavits and motions, discovery briefs, liaising with lawyers and clients, creating and managing a document database using Summation, trial preparation, research tasks and providing litigation support before and during trials and hearings. The ideal candidate is a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk with a minimum of 5 years of experience and excellent written and communication skills. Advanced experience in Summation or equivalent software is preferred. Strong technical skills and attention to detail are essential.
