Job Description: 
Our client, a highly regarded Personal Injury Law Firm in Markham, seeks an Accident Benefits Paralegal to add to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Accident Benefit Claim files from start to finish, including in-take, file handling, settlement, LAT process, etc.  Excellent negotiation experience and ability to settle are essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Accident benefit experience, strong working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure, and excellent interpersonal and client service skills. All interested applicants must have their Paralegal License and a valid driver’s license and car.
